How do I become a member?

You can become a member by calling our membership services at 888-324-8171 and we will walk you through the quick sign up process. All you need is a credit card or bank account that can be debited once a month. Once registered, you will receive via email your membership ID and password. In addition, you will receive by mail a membership packet with member resources.

How do I get discounts?

Your office can provide us a list of items that you would like us to shop for you to get the best prices possible. You can also fax or email a list of your recent orders from your dental supplier and we can do a price comparison quote for you. You select the items that you would like us to order once the price comparison has been done and you immediately start receiving your discounts on those supplies. You will also be able to look for employees and post job opportunities free of charge on our listings section, saving hundreds of dollars each month! Also free of charge, you will be able to use our forum to answer any dental related questions for you or your employees, saving money and time for your practice.

Who do I contact if I have any questions?

Once your account is set up, you will receive your own personal member support representative that will be specialized to your account. This person will be your contact to help you with any questions along the way.

How do I place orders?

Each member has their own personal back office on the CF Dental Group website. You can access your back office by logging on to the CF Dental Group website through the Members login. Your back office contains a customized order pad with items you have approved to purchase. The order pad allows you to indicate quantities that you wish to purchase. You simply submit the order online and then you will receive a confirmation that your order has been placed. Orders are paid for using your supplied bank account or credit card on file.

Do I have to be a member to use website?

To be able to work within the website, you do have to be a member. Once you are a member, you will receive your log in and then will be able to post listings, access the forum, and place orders for your practice.

Are you a complete dental supplier?

We help with ordering all your dental supplies and deal directly with manufacturers and dealers, but we are not a complete dental supplier. You will still need your dental supplier to service your equipment and to order any specialty items that you may need.

How do I know what new items are available to me?

Once a month, you will receive a newsletter. The newsletter contains information on any new products, discounts, or specials that may benefit your office. Your member services representative will also be sharing new products with you monthly.

Can any of my employees use the website?

Yes- any member of your office can utilize the website through your member log in and password.

How do I know how much I am saving?

With every order you place, you will receive your savings in comparison to the average cost of dental suppliers.

Are there any additional costs in becoming a member?

The only cost to you is the $249 per month membership fee. The only other time your credit card or bank account will be debited is when you place your orders.

How do I post listings on your website?

You may log in to the website and can post the listing yourself with the prompts given you. If you do have any questions, you are always welcome to have your member service representative assist you.

Are there any benefits for referring dentists to the program?

Yes! For every dentist you refer to the program you will receive a $249 credit that month. Which is one free month of membership to your office. You will receive that once your referral is a signed up member.

Are there any contracts to sign?

No, there are no contracts and you can cancel anytime. We have such a belief in this system that you can cancel at anytime, but once you see the savings there will be no need to cancel.

What is the average savings for a dental practice?

When does my student membership expire?

90 days after graduation.
